Barry McClure Memorial Foundation and Golf Tournament
The Barry McClure Memorial Foundation is pleased to announce the creation of an annual golf tournament to honor Barry McClure and to support his passion – creating opportunities for local youth to become involved in sports. This Foundation was created to raise funds for the Barry McClure Endowment to provide monetary and other support for the Las Cruces Junior Golf Association. “We are very honored to start a tradition based on Barry’s fundamental beliefs and goals to further entrench his memory into the community while providing opportunities for our community’s youth,” says Dr. Eddie Gaines, Founding Board Member. The first tournament was held at Picacho Hills Country Club on November 5, 2011. For sponsorship and participation information on next year's tournament please contact Von Weddington on 575-644-9524.
